New Office Building
This was a design / build project with Centex Construction and HKS Architects. This 124,000 sf corporate headquarters features executive offices, open offices, conference rooms, fitness area, and cafeteria. Goetting & Associates provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project which also included a 700 ton water-cooled central chilling plant located in an adjacent warehouse building.

Existing Office Building
The project consists of renovations and additions to the existing 70,000 sf Zachry Corporation Headquarters Building. The existing facility is located adjacent to the new headquarters building. The renovation includes complete demolition of the interior of the existing building and construction of a new 20,000 sf mezzanine. The facility is provided with chilled water cooling from the new central plant which was constructed to serve the new building. Goetting & Associates provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for this project.
