New fast-track design consisting of five-story $6.5 million scoreboard and video display and a 972-foot-long, 2.5-foot-tall visual LED display encircling the arena's perimeter. Venue also included a highly sophisticated speaker system to suites featuring plasma screen televisions that provide real-time video replays and various camera angles.

Designed the facility’s central cooling and heating plants consisting of 2850 tons of refrigeration and 28000 MBH of hydronic heating with over 600 hp of pumping capacity. Interior finish-outs included the unique 34000 square foot Spurs administrative offices and 32 customized food service purveyors along with a central commissary.
