Ken Wheatley, PE, Eurlng, C.Eng.Principal/Project Manager/Mechanical Engineer
Ken Wheatley has 45 years of experience in engineering design and construction. He received his numerous bachelors degrees in 1973 from Open University in Great Britain. He has been the principal Project Manager on major healthcare projects that span across the country including Alaska, Arizona, Colorado, Washington, Georgia and Alabama. He was Project Manager and Chief Mechanical Engineer for the 1.4 million square foot Brooke Army Medical Center and recently completed the design of a replacement hospital at Ft. Wainwright, Alaska. Ken also specializes in large central plants and recently completed the design for a central plant with 25,000 tons of refrigeration including four (4) 5000 ton water chillers and two (2) 2500 ton glycol chillers for thermal ice storage capable of providing 52,800 ton-hours of ice storage. Ken’s goal is to provide his clients with energy efficient, flexible, and innovative solutions that meet tomorrow’s healthcare needs.
