We have also provided design peer review and full service commissioning services for design build projects such as the Fort Sam Houston Battlefield Health & Trauma and the Walter Reed National Military Medical Center.

Design-Build is a project delivery system that can take many forms, but it is fundamentally a process where the owner hires one entity to take responsibility for both design and construction. The benefits to the owner are a single source of responsibility and accountability, and a reduced time from beginning to end. We have extensive experience working in the collaborative environment required of design-build projects and streamlining the traditional construction process.
