Three Buildings built separately over time totaling 445,560 square feet. Buildings I (132,560 sf, two-story office and data center with 7,200 sf of computer support) and II (163,000 sf, three-story customer service center and office building with full service kitchen and health club) were design / build projects. Building III (150,000 sf, three-story office building and data center) was a traditional design / bid / build. Building I was recognized by the International Facilities Management Association for quality design and construction, meeting corporate objectives, operational and functional efficiency, fast-track project completion below budget, and environmental design and landscaping.
