Mechanical and Electrical PEs - Project Managers (We are looking to add mid/senior level PE or EIT engineers to solidify the San Antonio office.)

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must be a licensed PE.
• Must have 10+ years MEP experience.
• Must demonstrate a history of a strong and diverse design background.
• Must have PM and supervisory experience.
• Must have experience in marketing and development.
• Must have experience in client relations.
• Must have experience leading a team.
• LEED AP BD+C preferred.

Mechanical and Electrical EITs

• Must have a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Must have a 3.0 GPA.
• Must submit transcript(s).
• AutoCAD MEP, REVIT experience preferred.
• EIT preferred.
• Strong iniative skills.
• LEED AP BD+C preferred.
• Perform various project related calculations. Mechanical use Trace Trane/HVAC mechanical calculations. Electrical use a panel board and light fixture calculations and load calculations.
• Perform equipment selections.
• Coordination between the three disciplines.
• Review submittals.
• Attendance of lunch and learn meetings.

Plumbing Designer - (One Position Remaining.)

• Must have 5+ years MEP experience.
• Must have REVIT and AutoCAD MEP design experience.
• Must demonstrate a history of a strong and diverse design background.
• Must be able to work on several projects simultaneously and coordinate with other disciplines.
• Must have a desire to succeed and be proactive in design.
• Must have a winning attitude!
• CPD certification a plus.

Designers - Mechanical and Electrical. (Currently no openings but please send your resumes.)

• Take direction from PM Engineer on design and layout of MEP systems. Components include: mechanical (HVAC) systems, electrical (lighting & power) systems, special systems, and plumbing (waste, vent, and natural gas) systems.
• Coordination between the three disciplines.
• Pick up mark-ups from engineers.
• Proficient knowledge in AutoCAD 2d and AustoCAD MEP - 3d software
• Proficient knowledge in REVIT - 3d
• May perform various project related calculations. Mechanical uses Trace Trane/HVAC mechanical calculations. Electrical uses a panel board and light fixture calculations and load calculations. Plumbing uses fixture count, pump count, and water calculations.
• May perform equipment selections.
• Review submittals. (This is a review of all equipment selections on the project.)
• Attendance of lunch and learn meetings.
• LEED AP BD+C preferred.
