Goetting & Associates developed the master plan and completed the MEP design of a new community college campus to serve one of the fastest growing areas in San Antonio.

This project involves the expansion of the existing college campus that totals 350,000 sf in new construction and consists of five (5) new buildings, an existing central plant upgrade, and a new satellite central plant. The new buildings include a library, computer labs, science labs, teaching classrooms, student recreation center, administration offices, fine arts classrooms, and a performing arts theater.
