Shops at La Cantera
San Antonio, Texas
This new open-air retail shopping mall includes 1,001,500 sf of retail space and 45,100 sf of food service space (of which 19,800 sf is to be a covered food court). Design included electrical, water, sewer, and gas utility requirements for twelve independent structures, as well as provisions for future tenant connection and extension of these utilities into each lease space.
Huebner Oaks Center Phases II & III

Goetting & Associates provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this 100,000+ square foot, multi-level shopping mall with retail stores.
Rivercenter Mall
San Antonio, Texas
Goetting & Associates provided mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this 500,000 square foot, multi-level shopping mall with retail stores, IMAX theater and two multi-level parking garages. Provisions were included for office structures to be erected in the future and a 1200 TR central plant.
North Star Mall
San Antonio, Texas
Goetting and Associates is currently providing MEP designs for the multi-million dollar renovations to San Antonio's 44-year old North Star Mall shopping center. Design work includes all common corridors of the shopping center and total renovation of the food court. Along with the mall's new furniture, flooring and landscaping, tenant stores such as Saks Fifth Avenue and Dillard's are also doing their own multimillion-dollar upgrades.
Frost Brothers

Approximately 40,000 sf of tenant finish-out of existing retail space for this exclusive department store which included detailed lighting displays for fine jewelry, women's, men's and children's clothing departments.
The Forum

1,022,150 sf multi-tenant retail development includes 14 anchor stores totaling 601,350 sf; 35 retail shell buildings totaling 326,300 sf; and a 94,550 sf cinema shell building.
