Zachry Construction Corporation Headquarters
San Antonio, Texas
Goetting & Associates provided complete mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design services for 3 separate projects for this owner. The first, a 124,000 sf New Office Building. The second project consisted of renovations and additions to the 70,000 sf existing headquarters building. This facility is located adjacent to the new headquarters building and includes the complete demolition of the interior and construction of a new 20,000 sf mezzanine. The Building "C" Renovations project is the last of the major construction on this corporate headquarters site. Building "C" includes a complete demolition of the interior and roof of an existing 22,000 sf building. The building is designed to meet Platinum LEEDŽ Certification.
Clear Channel Worldwide Corporate Headquarters
San Antonio, Texas
This three-story headquarters office building spans 50,000 sf and has a one-story parking garage. The mechanical system consists of a 175-ton air control chiller serving 5 bypass multi-zone air-handling units with electric heating coils in each zone duct. The electrical system consists of a 1600A, 480V, 3-phase service and an 80 KW emergency stand-by generator.
Security Service Federal Credit Union Corporate Headquarters
San Antonio, Texas
This project consists of a 126,000 sf, 3 story office building and a 134,000 sf parking garage for their corporate headquarters. Included in the building is a full-sized cafeteria / kitchen and data center. The building electrical systems include a 500kw genset and a 130 kva UPS system. The total building cooling tonnage is 375.
Citicorp Data Systems, Inc. Customer Service Centers I, II & III
San Antonio, Texas
Buildings I (132,560 sf, two-story office and data center with 7,200 sf of computer support) and II (163,000 sf, three-story customer service center and office building with full service kitchen and health club) were design / build projects. Building III (150,000 sf, three-story office building and data center) was a traditional design / bid / build. Building I was recognized by the International Facilities Management Association for quality design and construction, meeting corporate objectives, operational and functional efficiency, fast-track project completion below budget, and environmental design and landscaping.
Ultramar Diamond Shamrock 1604 Campus

Goetting & Associates designed MEP systems for a new three-story, 205,000 sf corporate headquarters with two 155,000 sf parking structures. The predominantly open office finish-out is served by a 680-ton central plant with expansion capability for two 90,000 sf additions.
City of San Antonio "One Stop" Development and Business Services Center

The Development and Business Services Center, or "One Stop" Center, is a new 76,000 sf two-story civic / office building designed to support the development services needs of the City of San Antonio. The structure was designed to consolidate the administrative functions associated with any new development activity in the city including planning, zoning, permits, inspections, plan review, and codes officials.
USAA McDermott Buildings A - D and OPS Facility Renovations
San Antonio, Texas
Goetting and Associates provide complete MEP renovation design for this 1,700,000 sf Design / Build and fast-track building. During the construction phase of the project, the decision was made to renovate 119,000 square feet of their Operations Building to provide an isolated and secure inbound mail sorting and processing facility. Our firm also authored commissioning documents and performed all commissioning for this project. Both projects were constructed simultaneously which posed unique challenges to completing the projects on time and within budget.
USAA McDermott Buildings G&H Expansion
San Antonio, Texas
The USAA G&H Expansion was a fast-track phased project consisting of 1,000,000 sf expansion bringing the total size of USAA's McDermott Building to more than 4,000,000 sf, adding 4,000 more workspaces. Phase I contains 1,200 workstations, and Phase II contains 2,800 workstations. The project includes the addition of a new Child Development Center with space for 400-500 children, and an expansion of the 43,000 sf fitness center.
USAA Bank Services Building Phases I & II
San Antonio, Texas
Phase I of this project was the 452,000 sf, 4-story hi-tech office building that is connected by two flying bridges to a 403,000 sf parking garage. The HVAC system is a 1600 ton central water plant to support this building and another 100,000 sf office building. The central plant has three centrifugal chillers with provisions for expansion. Phase II, was the 169,000 sf, 4-story office building. Our firm authored commissioning documents and performed all commissioning on both Phases of the BSB project.
