Westin Hotel
Austin, TX
This project consists of a 15-story, 300 guestroom four star high-rise hotel in downtown Austin totaling approximately 240,000 sf. Included in the design is a 250-car three level covered parking garage. In addition a restaurant, fitness center, meeting rooms, pool, spa, and business center will be included. Goetting and Associates is providing the MEP design for this project that plans on obtaining a LEEDŽ Silver certification.
Staybridge Hotel at Sunset Station
San Antonio, TX
This project consists of an 113,000 sf, 12 story hotel with 138 guestrooms located adjacent to Sunset Station within the St. Paul Square Historic District. Goetting & Associates designed the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design systems to the International Building Code. Goetting and Associates prepared construction documents in a design assist arrangement with the mechanical, electrical and plumbing sub contractors.
La Quinta Inn & Conference Center
San Antonio, TX
This project consists of a 100,000 sf eight-story, 168 guestroom hotel with 9,000 sf of conference area located on Interstate 10 outside of Loop 410 in San Antonio. Goetting and Associates provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design system services. The mechanical system includes PTAC units in the guest tower and the direct expansion split system will serve the common and conference areas.
La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Convention Center
San Antonio, TX
This 200,000 sf, 14-story hotel has 300 guestrooms and is located across from the renowned San Antonio River Walk and the neighboring Rivercenter Mall. The facility includes a front desk reception area, breakfast bar facilities and 30,000 sf of convention space. This project won the 2005 Best in Commercial Real Estate: Deals, Design & Construction Award for Best New Hotel Development Project.
Joule Urban Resort
Dallas, Texas
This project consists of the renovation of a 17-story office building into a 124-room luxury hotel simmering in a circa-1920s. The hotel will include a two-level spa, a rooftop pool, lobby bar, gift shop, and restaurant.
Vicksburg Casino and Resort
Vicksburg, MS
This project consists of a 224,900 sf casino, a 284,800 sf, 400 guestroom hotel and a 1,000 car garage for Lakes Entertainment. The casino will have 1,500 slot machines, 50 gaming tables, a large poker room and multiple restaurant/bars. Goetting and Associates provided the electrical, mechanical, and plumbing design. Opening: 2008
Radisson Hill Country Resort>
San Antonio, TX
This 175,000 sf, 230 guestroom facility is operated by the Radisson Corporation near Sea World in San Antonio, Texas. The hotel includes two restaurants, meeting facilities, and a health spa. The hotel is part of a residential/commercial complex which includes condominiums and town homes. This was a design/build project.
Four Winds Casino Complex>
New Buffalo, MI
This complex, located just across the Michigan/Indiana border, is 2 miles from the shores of Lake Michigan. The Pokagon Band facility will include a 100,000 sf gaming area, 12,000 sf retail space, 25,000 sf dining, 45,000 sf office facilities, multi-story 2,500 car parking garage, and 50,000 sf miscellaneous warehouse/shop space. The master plan includes a future 46,000 sf event center, 2,000 additional slot machines and a 750 room hotel. The facility is equipped with four (4) 1500 KW emergency stand-by generators connected through a 6,000 amp paralleling switchgear line-up.
Ioway Casino Resort
Chandler, OK
Goetting & Associates is providing the MEP design development for this project for the Ioway Tribe. The project which will be one of the closest to the Oklahoma City market, is master planned to include a large first class dynamic casino with 1,500 gaming devices, a 250 room hotel, meeting spaces, a child care and arcade facility, entertainment and events center, parking, a golf course, multiple restaurant and bar venues and other casino resort amenities. Opening: 2008 |
