University of Texas System
UTHSCSA Student Services / Academic Building
San Antonio, Texas
Goetting & Associates provided the MEP design for this four-story 56,000 sf facility. Chilled water, domestic water and hot water were fed from the campus. Electric service was provided from the campus distribution system. Security, Fire Protection and Plumbing were also completed for the building.
UT at Austin Almetris Duren Residence Hall
Austin, Texas
This six-story, 175,000 sf, co-ed dormitory will house 574 students and include amenities such as lounges, an activity and game room and a catering station. Goetting & Associates provided designs for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
University of Texas at Austin LBJ Plaza Renovation / Lady Bird Johnson Center

This project includes the design and development of the New Lady Bird Johnson Center and Amphitheater and various restoration projects in the plaza area. Goetting and Associates is providing the MEP system design.
LBJ Library ESPC

UTSA Master Plan
San Antonio, Texas
A twenty-year Master Plan was developed for all three campuses which included the 1604, Downtown and the Institute of Texas Cultures. The Master Plan identified areas that established the impact of the MEP on the utilities and their dedicated utility corridors to serve the campus expansions.

The Buena Vista Street Building is a 148,000 sf four-story, academic building consisting of 25 classrooms, seminar rooms and laboratories. The central cooling plant was designed for 2000 ton ultimate campus load.
UT Pan American College Science Building
Edinburg, Texas
Goetting and Associates provided MEP design for 133,600 sf, three-story Science Building. Systems include reverse osmosis laboratory water distribution, variable air volume fume hood control, and variable volume double duct air distribution. Vertical distribution is cable-in conduit risers.
Texas A&M University System
TAMU Health Science Center College of Medicine Medical Research Building
Temple, Texas
The new College of Medicine is a 52,000 sf facility that houses biological and data research laboratories on two floors. Project included the design of a variable air volume laboratory exhaust system for the facility.
Agronomy Road Utilities Extension
College Station, Texas
Goetting & Associates, Inc. is currently designing the chilled and heating water, storm and sanitary sewer, electrical utilities and data telecommunications from their present locations to the site of a new General Services Complex on Agronomy Road.
TAMU Institutional Conservation Plan Studies

Goetting & Associates provided the Institutional Conservation Plan (ICP) Technical Assistance Reports for four buildings at the main campus in College Station Classrooms and laboratories were the main rooms studied in these buildings.

ACCD Master Specifications

The project will consist of developing master design specifications in Construction Specification Institute (CSI) format for the Alamo Community College District. The specifications will follow the 2004 edition of CSI and "dove tail" with the design standards which were recently produced by our firm. We will product master specifications for Divisions 21, 22, 23 and 26.
San Antonio College Women's Center Renovation and Expansion

Goetting and Associates is providing professional MEP design services and contract administration for the renovation of a 2,200 sf building and construction of a 1,100 sf addition.
Palo Alto College Chiller Unit #2 Replacement

Goetting & Associates is providing the MEP design to replace a 250 ton chiller with a 500 ton unit, to replace the cooling tower cell and chilled water and condenser water pumps, and to provide power for the above systems.
ACCD District Wide Facility Assessment

• Prioritize repairs / upgrades and construct facilities.
• Create a phasing plan that lays out the improvements in a logical sequence over time. Produce a budget for each phase and identify probable cash flow needs.
• Establish a plan to accommodate growth at each campus.
