La Quinta Inn & Suites San Antonio Convention Center
San Antonio, Texas
This 200,000 sf 14-story hotel has 300 guestrooms and is located across from the renowned San Antonio River Walk and the neighboring Rivercenter Mall. The facility includes a front desk reception area, breakfast bar facilities and 30,000 square feet of convention space. This project won the 2005 Best in Commercial Real Estate: Deals, Design & Construction Award for Best New Hotel Development Project.
University of Texas at Austin Almetris Duren Residence Hall Phase II
Austin, Texas
Defining the northwest corner of University of Texas and creating a new gateway to the campus, this six (6) story 175,000 sf, coed dormitory will house 574 students and include amenities such as lounges, an activity and game room and a catering station. Goetting & Associates provided designs for the mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
Chancellor Condominiums / Apartments
San Antonio, Texas
This project consists of a nine (9) story, 89,400 square foot multi-family residence, with a two-story 33,000 square foot attached parking garage. Goetting and Associates provided the MEP design systems services.
200 Patterson Avenue Condominiums
San Antonio, Texas
This ten (10) story high-rise building has 128 units that spans 250,231 sf plus 75,064 sf of parking space. Mechanical and Electrical systems include water-to-air heat pump, individual automatic temperature control in each room, fire alarm / security system, automatic sprinkler system, emergency communication speakers, emergency generator and lighting system in the public areas and pre-wired cable TV.
1550 Jackson-Keller Apartments
San Antonio, Texas (formerly Parkway Plaza Condominiums)
This twenty-one (21) story high-rise apartment building with 127 units is 200,000 sf with a 100,000 sf parking garage. The building has a primary electrical distribution system with separate metering for each unit, back-up power distribution and a fire alarm/life safety system. Cooling tower surfaces and piping is maintained with a chemical injection system.
Wurzbach Tower
San Antonio, Texas
This twenty-three (23) story high rise condominium building was a 175,000 sf design-build consisting of modular units and 158 customized units. Goetting and Associates provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. Each module was pre-wired and provided a packaged terminal air conditioning (PTAC) unit.
Army Residence Community
San Antonio, Texas
This thirteen (13) story high rise apartment building is composed of 417 living units with 152 cottages and a sixty bed health care facility. The Army Residence Community is a senior living center located in Northeast San Antonio. Goetting and Associates provided the MEP design systems services.
Army Residence Community Dementia Unit
San Antonio, Texas
The Dementia Unit project included the renovation of approximately 12,200 sq ft in an existing wing of the Building F nursing unit. The space was converted to a certified Alzheimer's facility wing. Existing fan coil units in the patient rooms were replaced with a new outside air handling unit.
Woodway II
Houston, Texas
This twenty-two (22) story high rise condominium has 200 units and four levels of parking.
