Value-Based Design Approach (modeling & life cycle studies)

After we determine your needs and desires, we select the systems and equipment that meet your standards and that will provide the optimum efficiencies and return on investment (ROI) allowed by the budget. We will be sensitive to the projects budget, serviceability and operating needs.

We will perform holistic modeling and life cycle studies of all systems/components (skin, glass, insulation, lighting, chillers, cooling towers, pumping systems, electrical distribution, etc.) involved in the project and that have an effect on the design of the project.

We provide multiple system solutions based on life cycle studies and project needs, with pros and cons of each. We will make suggestions and work with you to find solutions that best fit the project.

Construction Administration and Commissioning

Goetting & Associates believes the same personnel who perform the systems design should also provide construction administration services and commissioning services if desired.

We believe in providing you with seamless continuity from initial design through construction.
