Sustainability

Goetting & Associates has 33 years experience providing highly technical and complex designs to meet our client's needs and budgets. Goetting & Associates has six design teams specializing in specific/different project types. This provides each client with a team of qualified engineers having in-dept knowledge of the client's specific industry and dedicated to the client's project. Goetting & Associates believes we are responsible for sustainable design solutions which provide healthy buildings that are aesthetically pleasing, use less energy, deplete fewer natural resources, generate less waste, provide flexible environments for their occupants, and are within the client's budget. Goetting & Associates has embraced the U.S. Building Council's LEED® Green Building Rating System as a useful framework for measuring sustainability. We have 7 LEED® accredited professionals and many experienced energy modelers. Sustainability has always been an important aspect of our design philosophy and we are pleased to have provided the MEP design for San Antonio's first and Texas' fifth Gold rated LEED® project.

Goetting & Associates is committed to offering maximum value through leading-edge technology. Long before BIM (building information modeling) became the latest buzz word in the industry, Goetting & Associates engineers had designed over $300 million worth of healthcare projects utilizing a technical in-house modeling database. In recent years BIM software has become more integrated throughout all disciplines allowing us to fine tune our database to maximize its full potential for contractors, architects, owners, facilities personnel, and continuous commissioning efforts.
