John has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, and a Masters of Science in Management of Technology from the University of Texas at San Antonio and is a LEED® Accredited Professional. John has over 10 years of professional experience and has been with Goetting & Associates for 5 years. John has a successful track record on commercial, Laboratory and educational facilities. John recently completed the design of the new DPT Laboratories facility at Brooks City Base. He is currently working on a border station for GSA, and new $125 million, 400,000 sf campus for ACCD which includes a Performing Arts/Fine Arts Building, Career Tech and Academic Buildings, Wellness Center, Library/Learning Resources Center, Student Services Building and a 2400 ton central plant designed for an ultimate capacity of 4000 tons. John believes that building systems should be efficient, environmentally friendly, and must make sense from a ROI (first cost versus maintenance and operation) standpoint.
