Mr. Workman has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Texas at San Antonio. He has over 12 years of professional experience as a mechanical designer and engineer. Eric specializes in healthcare and data center design as well as commissioning. His area of technical expertise includes design from conception to construction and specifically includes central chilled water plants to 6,000 tons, chilled and hot water distribution systems (primary and secondary loops), variable flow chilled water pumping systems, energy management controls. Mr. Workman also has experience with extensive design of commercial chilled water and DX HVAC, electrical distribution systems and plumbing layouts.
