Brian Goebel, PE - Principal and Project Manager
 DESIGN CAPABILITIES
Mr. Goebel has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University and has 29 years of experience as a mechanical engineer with Goetting & Associates. Mr. Goebel is licensed to practice engineering in 16 states and has been certified by the Department of Energy to perform Institutional Conservation Plan (ICP) Studies He specializes in central cooling and heating plants, hospitality, and Casino projects. Mr. Goebel recently completed the mechanical design of the Zachry LEEDŽ Gold rated office building, the Four Winds Casino and Hotel in New Buffalo Michigan, a 9500 ton chiller addition to the University of Houston Central Plant, and is currently working on a Westin Hotel in Austin. He has been the Project Manager on numerous projects for the Texas Department of Transportation (TxDOT). Brian serves as the head of the mechanical quality control and focus group. He is adept at specifying practical solutions utilizing the latest technology to provide energy-efficient, healthy, and comfortable conditions.
