The San Antonio Business Journal recognized the “Best in Commercial Real Estate” in their June 29th issue, highlighting some of the best recent transactions and developments in the San Antonio real estate market. The companies involved in these projects were honored at a San Antonio Business Journal awards luncheon in August.

This 20,000 square foot facility was awarded the only LEED® -Certified Gold rating in San Antonio, Texas.

For the past 2 years Goetting & Associates is proud to have been part of a winning team that was honored at the Best in Commercial Real Estate Awards luncheon. This year we are pleased to announce the award for Best Rehab and Redevelopment, for the design of San Antonio’s first Gold LEED® Certified Building. Goetting worked closely with the owner and architect to make this project a success. The mechanical, electrical and plumbing design for this project includes the design of under-floor air distribution, daylight harvesting, energy recovery, storm water reclamation, gray water reclamation for irrigation, and photovoltaic.

Community Involvement

Goetting & Associates President and CEO, Louis Rowe serves as the Chairman for San Antonio River Authority, which plans, manages and implements water-related programs and projects within the San Antonio River Basin. The Museum Reach San Antonio River Improvements Project received the 2007 Best In Commercial Real Estate Best Overall Deal.
