Through a little trial and error and time, we have developed an exciting information filled OJT called the " Buddy System ".  We pair a begining designer or EIT with a slightly senior designer, EIT, or even PE. New employees receive assistance with day to day questions and guidance and support with bigger decisions. There is always someone there to offer support. New employees consistently report that their mentors really help them learn and understand their job function. Our system creates an environment that fosters learning and a win/win situation. We give you the tools needed to succeed. At Goetting, the only thing holding you back will be you!
