Goetting & Associates Employee Benefits


Time Off from Work

Six holidays annually.
Vacation - Paid vacation time off, based on length of service from a minimum of 10 days per year to a maximum of 20 days per year.
Sick leave – 40 hours of accrued paid sick leave every 12 months.

Insurance

Medical Insurance - Employees can choose between two preferred provider organization (PPO) plans of which Goetting pays 100% of the employee’s individual premium (eligible after 90 days).
Dental Insurance - Choice between two dental plan options (PPO and DMO) available to employees at a minimum cost.
Life Insurance - Group Term Life and Accidental Death and Dismemberment policies are provided for full-time employees at no cost to the employee.
Long Term Disability – This coverage is provided for the employee at no cost.

AFLAC Plans

Multiple plans (i.e. Accident Expense Plan, Cancer Protector Plan, Hospital Confinement Indemnity Plan, Hospital Intensive Care, Personal Recovery Plus, Life Assurance, and Dental) offered through pre-tax payroll deductions.

Medical Reimbursement and Dependent Care Plans

Employees have the option to set up a “Flexible Spending Account” which allows the use of “before-tax” dollars to pay for eligible medical and dependent care expenses. The monies set aside in these accounts are tax- free.

401(k) Plan

Full-time employees are eligible to participate in the company’s 401(k) plan after 90 days of employment. The plan includes discretionary company matching contributions.

Qualified Educational Assistance

Employees are eligible for this benefit after 6 months of full-time employment. Reimbursement for tuitions and fees is based upon a sliding scale driven by grades received by employee.

Pre-Paid Legal Plan

Optional benefit available to employees.
